Novel Approach of Genetic Algorithm for Multiple Sequence Alignment Using Biological Virus: A Review

Abstract

From the last decades, computer scientists have looked to nature for bio-inspired solutions to computational problems, ranging from robotic control to optimization. One of the most common biologically computational techniques is Genetic algorithms (GA) that used for biological aspects which is totally based on the concept of natural selection in the bioinformatics domain. In this paper, we reviewed the multiple sequence alignment tools that are used for the alignment of sequences. Conventional algorithms (GA) and its variables effect on sequence alignments also studied .in the last section of the paper ANFIS approach also used to detect and optimize accuracy for whole of the genome, where this system corresponds to the neural network and fuzzy systems. The work will provide a clear understanding of data mining using GA techniques and will effect on the output and accuracy
