The WSN comprises of vast amount of sensor nodes and a Sink or Base Station (BS) situated under the area of examination. Sensors are placed in random fashion i.e. with no planning in the region under examination, so in this case to be able to communicate with entire network they must adjust themselves means they must configured themselves. The nodes transmit the sensed information to BS, where data is being processed. The low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy algorithm is the main algorithm where all the nodes present within a cluster send their data to the local cluster head. The term MS (mobile sink) is used in this paper, which reduces the energy consumption and RN (rendezvous nodes) is used which act as a store point for the mobile sink. In this paper, we are using the ant colony optimization and tabu search for routing which enhances the network lifetime of a network
